I, the undersigned, voluntarily choose to participate in this trip, fully understanding that travel involves potential risks, including injury, illness, death, and damage to personal property. I acknowledge that travel to foreign countries may include risks such as terrorism, extreme weather, challenging terrain, vehicular accidents, diseases, legal or customs-related issues, and differences in medical facilities compared to those in the United States.
I understand that social, cultural, political, religious, legal, and healthcare systems abroad differ from those in the United States. Behavior acceptable in the U.S. may be illegal or offensive elsewhere, potentially leading to penalties or imprisonment. Additionally, emergency services and healthcare abroad may not meet U.S. standards. I acknowledge that certain activities, such as strenuous physical or sea-related activities, carry inherent risks.
I accept that there may be delays, schedule changes, or cancellations during this trip. I understand that Trio Travel LLC and/or its staff is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by the negligence of third-party transportation providers.
I certify that I am in good health and have not been advised against travel or participation by a medical professional. I acknowledge that travel may involve strenuous physical activities such as jet skiing, swimming, or walking in extreme weather conditions, and I accept any associated risks.
I recognize the risks involved in water sports and activities, including swimming and jet skiing, and understand that Trio Travel LLC and/or its staff does not provide lifeguards or guarantee the safety or functionality of equipment used during these activities. I accept full responsibility for my participation in such activities.
I acknowledge that while Trio Travel LLC and/or Its staff may take precautions to ensure safety, such measures do not constitute a guarantee of non-negligent performance. I assume full responsibility for any risks associated with travel and activities.
I understand that Trio Travel LLC and/or its staff is not liable for my safety and agree to voluntarily assume all risks associated with the trip.
I recognize that Trio Travel LLC and/or its staff may provide an itinerary for the trip. However, any activities I engage in outside Trio Travel's planned itinerary are undertaken at my own risk and responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Trio Travel LLC, its employees, representatives, and agents from all claims for loss, injury, or death arising from the trip, and I agree not to pursue any legal action against them.
I acknowledge that I may be photographed or recorded during this trip and grant permission for my likeness to be used for promotional purposes by Trio Travel LLC and its staff and/or affiliates.
I understand that payments made to Trio Travel LLC are non-refundable, non-creditable, non-transferrable and irrevocable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
I agree to indemnify and hold Trio Travel LLC and/or its staff harmless from any losses, claims, or liabilities (including legal fees) resulting from my actions or inactions during the trip, including damages, injuries, or deaths caused by me.
I confirm that I have reviewed current travel advisories from the U.S. Department of State and the Centers for Disease Control relevant to this trip.
By signing this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability form, I affirm that I have read, understood, and willingly accept its terms in full and without coercion.
